How are Ontario Hydro Costs Determined ?

Mystery Solved:

I have been analyzing Provincial Hydro Bills for several months and I have come to the conclusion that the Ontario Liberal Government simply took a map from the 2014 Provincial Election, and 2015 Federal Election and said ...

"There, all the Blue, and Orange ? They will pay 100 % in Delivery costs and increased Fees to have the electricity travel through wires and into their homes.

And so it was done.

And now those living in the blue and Orange Ridings are suffering terribly.

  1. Not true, I am in the red area of Eastern Ontario, and our bills are 110% out of control, anywhere from $500-$1200 a month ($500 in spring and fall plus we have no air conditioning)

  2. This map is really telling! This is why the Liberals won and being in rural Ontario your vote doesn't account for much. All they want to do is win the election. The concentration of people is in the urban areas.... and, hence, the most voters... Never mind the country folk....not enough of them to make a difference. Just cater to the urbanites!! Tell them what they want to hear. Which the Liberals did and because of the massive concentration of people in a small area, they won. The hell with the rural people. This is why we are being dissed by the government and the Ontario Energy Board and Hydro One! This is not right! I hope those urbanites are getting ready to pay a lot more for produce! We aren't going to eat this!!

    1. Excellent Comment. Charge them $100 for a head of Lettuce. $200 for a tomato

  3. as for the liberal voters in the far east of ontario, you are a sacrifice to the cause and serves you right for voting for this regime. interestingly this same map break down can be applied to wind turbines. Toronto overwhelmingly wanted them but oddly enough not a single one installed on toronto island, despite the perfect winds - makes one think....
